How a typical search might look?
The first step includes end to end campaign design and includes an initial consultation call to fully understand your objectives, company position, target roles, and employer brand. From this we can then design a comprehensive custom campaign.
We then launch your campaign across our 150,000+ proprietary candidate network and other channels t generate maximum engagement from relevant candidates we have identified
As part of the search service we conduct custom screening, which is typically two stages but can include further stages on request. This helps us ensure candidates are the correct cultural and technical fit before submitting them as part of our regular shortlists.
At this stage we submit candidate shortlists for you to review. Depending on candidates you choose to take forwards we will then refine our search criteria and repeat
