A: Our success-only recruitment is typically priced as a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, varying from 10-25% depending on the level and difficulty of the position being filled. However, our success-only recruitment fees tend to be higher than our campaign recruitment fees because of the additional financial risk we are taking on when engaging on these projects.

Q: How long does a success-only recruitment search usually take?

A: The length of a success-only recruitment search can vary depending on the role and the availability of qualified candidates. However, on average, it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks from the search kick-off to a candidate starting at your business. We can accelerate this if necessary in many instances.

Q: How does the refund period work?

A: We have a comprehensive refund policy whereby if a candidates leaves within the agreed refund period we would refund the full fee or find a replacement candidates depending on your preferences?
