How a typical recruitment process works
We conduct an initial kick-off to fully understand role requirements and target profiles. We also provide recommendations on salary levels, and presenting your company in the best possible way.
Interested candidates we put through a custom two stage screening process assessing both their technical and cultural fit. Screening can be customised depending on the role type and specific employer requirements.
At this stage we submit candidate shortlists for you to review. Depending on candidates you choose to take forwards we then schedule all interviews for you and manage candidates through this process to ensure they stay engaged and that you receive real time candidate feedback.
We submit employers with offer management, including salary negotiations, and then also maintain relationships with candidates to ensure they are engaged prior to starting their new role.

A: Our success-only recruitment is typically priced as a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary, varying from 10-25% depending on the level and difficulty of the position being filled. However, our success-only recruitment fees tend to be higher than our campaign recruitment fees because of the additional financial risk we are taking on when engaging on these projects.
A: The length of a success-only recruitment search can vary depending on the role and the availability of qualified candidates. However, on average, it can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks from the search kick-off to a candidate starting at your business. We can accelerate this if necessary in many instances.
A: We have a comprehensive refund policy whereby if a candidates leaves within the agreed refund period we would refund the full fee or find a replacement candidates depending on your preferences?
